TCS Grow with Purpose initiative (GwP)

At College of Engineering & Management, Kolaghat
On 6th March, 2026 for 2027 passing out batch (Third Year students)

We are pleased to inform that Tata Consultancy Services has selected our college for TCS Youth Employment Program (YEP) as part of their CSR activities. The program was inaugurated on 6th March, 2026 at our college. Senior Technical and HR Personnel from TCS conducted an workshop followed by inaugural session. The program will continue for 10 weeks at a stretch through which Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from TCS will train our Third Year students for employability readiness. As first batch 65 Third Year students are participating in this program on hybrid mode. This will continue in batches rotationally to cover all the Third Year students.
